Here at Haus of Beyouti we value our clients and try our best to prevent fraudulent activity on our site. By purchasing from our site you agree that you are purchasing using YOUR credit/debit card. By using our site you agree to not knowingly purchase using any form of payment that does not belong to you. All purchases require you to provide a government issued state ID that matches the shipping and billing address provided. By failing to provide this through email you agree to your order being cancelled. If you are found to have committed fraud using my site you agree to an investigation and/or possible lawsuit by the owners of the company or any investigation agency used by this site to conduct fraud inquiries. We understand that sending a copy of  your ID can be concerning however we agree to not use your information or sell it to any third party and that it is solely used to verify the identity of the paying client. All of our units are custom made and colored. Due to this and sanitary reasons we can not offer exchanges/refunds. All sales are final. Each unit has its own description so please be sure to read all the details thoroughly before ordering. Cap sizes are included in the description of each  unit.

Due to high demand shipping takes 3-5 business days. All shipping is done through UPS and will require a signature to confirm receipt of shipmen. We are not responsible for any lost, damage or stolen packages. We offer insurance through  the shipping company as a shipping option in the event something happens in transit. We are not responsible for the wrong address if the address is  your mistake. We can only ship to the address provided so please ensure the address, city and zipcode are correct.
